Carbonation Collection: resort by Christina Massey Hand Printed Work, Linocut 30.0 inch x 22.0 inch $1,000

Happy college acceptance season! To all the seniors in high school, this is a time of anticipation, heartbreak, joy and most of all, impatience. While the senior you know (or hey – maybe it’s you) anxiously waits and waits more, here are three activities to keep you busy while *not* refreshing your email waiting for that admissions letter to slide into your inbox!

1. Head down memory lane

On this blog, we have a wealth of information about art collecting and enjoying original artwork. Interested in art? Then start right here at WallSpin. Check out some of our many blog posts and learn more about the way we adorn our world.

2. Explore New Types of Art

We all know what we like and what we dislike, but when was the last time you double-checked? It’s never too late to dive into something new, and finding out new styles or colors is a great way to explore yourself and your tastes. If realism has always been up your alley, look into watercolors. If you were always a painting girl, try sculpture. Never let anything limit you, and don’t be afraid to take risks!

There are countless artists from all around the world creating masterpieces that are just waiting to be discovered and collected!
