                        The still life paintings that have occupied me over the past few years embody my interest in exploring distortion, refracted light and reflection using traditional objects…silver bowls, pitchers of water, fruits, and fabrics, but cropped in such a way as to make the point of view contemporary.
                    Education:
                            Master of Arts form the University of Iowa
