In Brooklyn, Zach Motl makes the most of a small space.\u00a0<a title=\"Niche Design\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/slideshow\/2010\/02\/10\/garden\/20100211-location-slideshow_index.html\">His 178 sq. ft. apartment<\/a> is masterfully designed. Three great things about it: areas are clearly defined, it&#8217;s organized, and it showcases Zach&#8217;s great sense of style.
